The Oak Pass Road Association, or OPRA, Inc. is a non-profit, mutual benefit corporation set up by residents of Private Oak Pass Road in Beverly Hills, California to maintain the shared easement or “driveway” running through our properties. A board of directors and officers are elected at an annual meeting, charged with the task of managing this maintenance and identifying topics of shared interest. Annual dues are collected to fund these projects and all residents of the private section of the road are invited and encouraged to join.
